This 10 day program is led by Scott Hindell, who has 30 years of teaching experience, and has led courses in business, management, entrepreneurship, design and global sustainability. Recognized as a value innovation specialist, Scott is a highly sought after speaker at conferences across the United States and abroad, including at TEDx (UCLA).

UC Santa Barbara Academic Research Program (Online)

Over a duration of six weeks students will work with faculty members to complete research reports that can be accepted for publications by recognized websites such as the Journal of Emerging Investigators, founded by Harvard graduates.

Kite will lead the Statistics for Research course. He is an innovative and award-winning instructor with research specialties in experimental economics, behavioral economics, labor economics and statistics. He has degrees, with highest distinction, in economics, mathematics and statistics from UC Santa Barbara and Purdue University.

Gabriele will lead the Academic Research and Writing component of the program. She has over 20 years of experience teaching English and for the last 8 years, has been leading English programs at UC Santa Barbara International. Previously, she taught English at Santa Barbara City College. Gabriele specializes in student-centric, multi-faceted teaching and is a specialist in research writing. She has degrees from UC Santa Barbara and University of Maryland.
